Job Title: Sales Manager

Reports to: Director of Sales

Summary :

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Sales, this position is responsible for managing enrollments for our debt settlement program and a team of account executives. The Sales Manager ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of sales personnel. The Sales Manager identifies objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short and long sales and earnings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain Account Executives schedules

• Manage Account Executives PTO

• Oversee production of all Account Executives

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals

• Meet service level and abandon rate goals

• Determine training needs through one-on-one meetings with Account Executives

• Responsible for ensuring that the Account Executives maintain accurate and updated data in their queues

• Second voice and save deals

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

• Reviews all marketing leads before Account Executives dispositions them as dead

• Oversee the development of Sr Account Executives

• Monitor and evaluate sales performance

Education and Experience :

• 2+ years of Debt Settlement experience (Sales)

• 2+ years of Sales Management Experience preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is largely a sedentary role with prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
